"The Elder Chants" song from the first album has also been redone last minute, changing the genre to heavy metal and lengthening the song. Overall, I feel the new song is more interesting in its variety while also (ironically) making the lyrics a little easier to follow since they are less monotonous. While I still like the original, I find that since there is not enough breaks between the lyrics, it is easy to get lost. With the new song, there are clear breaks between the three seasons (or every six stanzas) as well as another instrumental in the middle of the song. However, the original version will be included in "The Forgotten" album when it releases after "Final Exodus"
Speaking of which, fifteen songs from the "Final Exodus" album have been completed, with at least nine more still in the works. There will likely be a few story bits to add since many of the songs are more vague about the general plot, since the original poems served a different purpose in the story, often relating to dream sequences that did not directly relate to the actions of the characters. The second album has a similar problem in that much happens that is not covered at all, so I will probably add at least four new songs to the "Plight of the Gods" album to help fix that (one of which is already done). More updates will come soon. I hope to finish much of this by the end of the year.
